Gregory’s culinary career spans over 20 years and started in France where he trained with numerous Michelin Star rated restaurants including the highly acclaimed ‘Les Plaisirs d’Ausone' in Bordeaux.
From France he spent time in the Reunion Islands and French Polynesia and finally his travels brought him to Hong Kong in 2002 to head up the Kitchens of Café Gypsy, Bouche a Oreille & Rive Droite Rive Gauche
