Once on board Vanilla, champagne and oysters will be served as an aperitif as we sail the calm Hong Kong waters, if in the evening we can take in the fireworks as we pass Disneyland resort. We will arrive at the magnificent new beach front restaurant Manta Ray, for a fantastic seafood meal prepared by acclaimed Chefs Mark Langdale. Beautiful wines will be pared with the delicacies throughout the meal.
With tables set up al fresco and overlooking the bay, you will get to enjoy a night under the stars and a light breeze.
After dinner, we will again board the yacht for a final after dinner journey complete with digestives and cigars, returning into Central or Aberdeen with style.
